Office Cleaning is based upon size and frequency of cleaning.

*All CLEANING supplies provided at no additional charge. We ask that you stock toilet paper, hand towels, and soap refill's; we will be happy to refill as needed.

Any proof of insurance and/or bonding information  needed will be supplied with a certified certificate from our insurer's.  

The Office Seasonal-this is completed at your first cleaning to bring the extra details up to date.

• De-cob webbing all walls and corners
• Baseboard Cleaning
• Dusting/Polishing light fixtures and face plates (that don't require a ladder)
• Glass cleaning of entrance doorways or windows around entrance
• Repeated for half price if within a six month period. 

The Regular Office Clean

The Kitchen/Brake-room

• Sanitize all counter top surfaces
• Removal of trash
• Spot clean any cabinetry
• Microwave- Inside and Out
• Refrigerator- Outside and top
• Tables and chairs sanitized
• Sweeping/Mopping floors

The Bathrooms

• Scrubbing sinks and showers (if applicable)
• Sanitization of the toilets
• Soap dispensers cleaned and refilled (your company provides soap)
• Sweeping/Mopping floors
• Door handles sanitized
• Trash removal
• Mirrors Cleaned and shined
• Light dusting of inside windowsills, blinds, and lights

The Office Space

• Desks dusted
• Trash removal
• Light dusting of inside windowsills, blinds, and lights
• Cleaning all mirrors

• Vacuuming/Mopping Floors
