Each new clean is pampered with a seasonal clean, bringing your home or chosen rooms up to date on any outstanding cleaning needs. This seasonal clean includes the following at each first clean in addition to the regular clean:

The Seasonal

• Cob webbing all walls and corners
• Ceiling fans dusted
• Cleaning baseboards
• Dusting/Polishing light fixtures and electric face plates (that don't require a ladder.)
• Glass cleaning of sliding glass doors/entrance windows around doors
• Request's for a seasonal cleaning after the first time cleaning, have a an additional charge as determined by the size of your home.

IN-BETWEEN CLEAN 

This is for those in between cleanings when you just want the basics covered, at half the regular rate.

This is a special we offer our regular clients to better help with the time between cleanings and prove our appreciation for their business. 

Basic cleaning and sterilization is completed in this clean and is not a deep clean, seasonal, or a regular cleaning. Was created to help those needing an in between clean; typically in the event of unexpected guests or for the lack of time needed to prepare for a gathering. 

Good once a year.

• Sanitize all surfaces
• Removal of trash  
• Cleaning of mirrors
• Inside and outside of microwave cleaned
• Outside and handle cleaning of refrigerator
• Stove exterior and outside top of hood cleaned
  
• Sweeping and washing of floors
  

                   Bathrooms

• Sanitization of the toilet
  
• Scrubbing of tub and shower walls
• Soap handles/toothbrush holders cleaned
• Sink scrubbed and faucets polished
  
• Sweeping and washing of floors(vacuuming if necessary)
• Light dusting of inside windowsills, blinds and light bulbs
• Door handles cleaned
• Cleaning of mirrors

            Living Areas and Bedrooms

• Light dusting of inside windowsills, blinds and light bulbs
• Light dusting of all surfaces
• Cleaning of all mirrors
• Vacuuming/washing of floors
